This is an exercise which you can do as often as is helpful.  It is suitable for children aged 4 through to adults.  Visual tracking exercises are fun to do, and improve a wide range of underlying visual and motor-coordination skills.  This one is designed to revise the sequence of alphabet letters, H to J.  This exercise is specific to the English language, where the sequence of letters A to Z is being learnt.
